May 13 20152015-05-13May 13 20152015-05-13A smiling man in a rust-orange kurta with a matching wrap tied at the waist stands centrally in a shrine-like setting, holding a tall golden trident (trishul) in one hand and a wooden staff in the other. He wears a gold necklace, has long swept-back hair and a red tilak on his forehead. Flanking him are large gold lion sculptures, and behind him hang strings of small lamps, rudraksha-style beads and a brass bell. A small golden kalasha-type object sits at lower left. Swamiji (probable): the figure has long swept-back hair, ornate gold necklace and saffron-orange ceremonial clothing alongside the trident, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji.2015-05-13A man stands on a stage in front of a dark grey wall framed by hanging strings of lights, with a golden trident-topped staff held in his left hand and his right hand raised, palm open, in an expressive gesture. He wears a rust-red orange robe with a cord-tied front, a red-orange cloth sash at the waist, a gold necklace, and a red vertical mark on his forehead. He has long, swept-back dark hair and a moustache and beard. Golden lion-like carved pillars flank both sides of the frame, and a brass bell hangs on the right. Appearance-based probable Swamiji (probable) cues include long swept-back hair, saffron-orange ceremonial clothing, a gold necklace and a trident staff, placed here as the person presenting on stage. He wears an orange-brown dhoti and shawl, a multi-strand rudraksha mala, a large ornate pendant and a gold waist belt, and holds a tall trident-like staff with his raised hand while standing with the other hand on his hip. In front of him a golden cow sculpture sits on the stage floor, and tiger-skin-like draping rests on the throne area. Oil lamps flank the stage. The man's presentation matches the a person cues of rudraksha malas, saffron-orange clothing and ornate adornments, and he appears to be physically present on stage.2017-04-30 +2 copiesMay 13 20152015-05-13A man with long swept-back dark hair and a rust-orange kurta-style outfit with a gold necklace sits cross-legged on an ornate golden throne, holding a golden bell in his raised right hand and a tall golden staff in the other. Golden lion sculptures and gilded figures flank the seat, with hanging rudraksha-style beaded strings behind him and a golden trident beside him. The setting resembles a decorated stage or temple dais. The man's appearance is consistent with a person in an appearance-based label, but the candidate is uncertain from appearance alone.2015-05-13May 13 20132013-05-13September 22 20162016-09-22May 13 20152015-05-13May 13 20132013-05-13
