A man seated on an ornate gilded golden throne with a tiger-striped cushion wears an orange-saffron robe and a garland of red flowers and green beads, with long swept-back hair; the appearance is consistent with the Swamiji (probable) candidate, seated in a position of honour and speaking to the gathering.
