A standing man with long, swept-back dark hair, a red tilak and an orange robe with a rudraksha mala pours water from a brass pot over a black stone shivalinga set on a dark yoni-peetha base. Two young assistants in orange robes stand beside him, one holding a brass vessel, and a kneeling figure in orange and a white stone deity murti sit to the left. Three men in saffron-orange robes stand on a white metal railing platform. The man at centre, with long swept-back dark hair and a long rudraksha mala and gold necklace, pours liquid from a white vessel over the lingam in abhishekam. The man at left wears an orange shawl, gold necklace and white vibhuti forehead markings and holds the railing. A string of lights and a floodlight are visible at the right. Swamiji (probable): the central figure has long swept-back hair, saffron robes, rudraksha beads and a ceremonial garland, consistent with the page's Swamiji reference.

No; he has short dark hair, a gold mala and saffron robes, so the appearance cues are only partial and the identity is uncertain.
