In the foreground, a girl in a teal-green top with orange-and-gold trim wears a red-brown rudraksha mala and a vibhuti (sacred ash) mark on her forehead, her hands clasped in her lap. Beside her, a girl in an orange blouse with gold border and grey-green skirt wears a dark bead mala and sits with hands pressed together. At left, a woman in a white and gold-bordered sari sits with her eyes lowered, and a small brass vessel sits on the floor in front.
