A photograph of women performing a puja in an indoor room with a plain white wall. Many women in saris are gathered; in the foreground a woman in a green sari bends over to arrange rows of small clay oil lamps on the floor, and another woman in a pink-and-white sari kneels beside her. A woman in a purple top with a white flower in her hair kneels at the lamps. Standing behind, women hold brass plates and offerings, including one in a white sari and one in an orange sari with a gold necklace. On the right, a woman in a red blouse arranges flowers and brass oil lamps on a white-covered table set with a banana leaf, heaped rice and fruit, and steel containers of food. Garlands of white and orange flowers hang on the wall, and a brass kalasha-style lamp stands nearby. The scene appears to be an offering or aarti ceremony with lamps and prasadam.2011-03-23June 19 20142014-06-19 +1 copiesJuly 02 20142014-07-02 +1 copiesMarch 23 20112011-03-23March 23 20112011-03-23Photograph inside a bright temple hall with cream walls and a teal-and-gold shrine façade with a deity murti at the far end, hung with orange and multicolour festoons.
