Along the central aisle, a row of seated devotees in white clothes faces a shrine at the far end, lit by warm lights and an ornate golden backdrop with deity murti figures. Tall colourful cloth banners with bird motifs stand on both sides, and banana-leaf bundles line the railing. Devotees in white and saffron sit on both sides, and a person in orange robes stands near the shrine performing ritual. On the left, a table with a green cloth holds brass deity figures and small lamps. Visible people are a group of seated devotees, roughly a couple dozen across both sides, with a few standing near the shrine.2009-06-09November 05 20102010-11-05December 28 20082008-12-28 +1 copiesNovember 23 20102010-11-23 +1 copiesDecember 28 20082008-12-28 +1 copiesA wide photograph of an indoor evening aarti at a small open-sided temple hall. Dozens of devotees sit cross-legged on mats facing a shrine lit by a tube light, with purple and orange drapes and flower garlands framing a central figure seated on a throne-like platform among deity murtis. Most seated devotees wear white kurta-style clothes, a few women wear saffron or red saris, and one man in orange robes stands at the left edge. Paper birds and streamers hang from the ceiling, and loudspeakers are mounted on the walls.2007-10-23November 23 20102010-11-23 +1 copiesDevotees sit on mats in a temple hall for a padapuja, facing a shrine decorated with a deity murti draped in pink and garlanded with marigold strands. Gold-framed portrait on the altar shows a saffron-robed figure. Men in white and cream shirts sit in rows in the foreground, while a few people in saffron and orange robes sit near the altar. A metal railing separates the seating from the shrine side. Hanging woven textiles with orange and black patterns line the left wall.2010-10-02A large open-sided pavilion with a corrugated roof, where many men in white dhotis and white shirts sit cross-legged on a floor covered with mats, facing a central seated figure in a yellow and orange outfit positioned before a large golden and red deity murti of a multi-armed goddess with a red backdrop. Foreground devotees sit with their backs to the camera, one wearing a green and white striped shirt. A tripod-mounted video camera stands at right beside a red-carpeted aisle and metal railings. Colourful patterned banners hang at left and orange drapes frame the stage. The scene resembles a satsang or public discourse.2010-11-08November 08 20102010-11-08April 27 20122012-04-27
