A silver tray of food offerings is arranged on a leopard-print floor in front of an ornate gold-coloured palanquin-style base or peetha. Small stainless steel bowls hold orange carrot-like pieces, white rice, yellow rice, green vegetable preparations, brown lentils and bright green vegetables, with silver spoons and a small pot nearby. A person's hands, wearing a gold bangle, are visible at the upper left near a gold-coloured plate and a brass lamp.2022-02-07A brass naivedyam offering set on a leopard-print cloth in a temple shrine. A large ornate gold-coloured brass vessel with a raised base stands at centre, lit by a warm light above. In the foreground a silver thali holds small steel bowls of colourful foods including rice, orange and red curries, sweets, and cut fruit. At left, a hand in a gold bangle holds a brass handbell, and a person in a colourful patterned garment is partly visible. Shelves behind hold deity murtis and ritual objects, and white flowers appear at upper right. The scene reads as a food offering during puja.2022-03-13Overhead photo of a round polished silver thali tray on a woven brown mat over a red and black leopard-print cloth.
