A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a large white-and-red flower garland stands under a red parasol with fringed tassels, receiving a yellow-and-red flower garland offered by a younger saffron-robed attendant with shell-bead necklaces. A bearded attendant in saffron robes holds a silver vessel with mango leaves and yellow flowers. In the foreground, a man in white kneels and bows. A silver car with its headlights visible sits behind them, decorated with flower garlands.

Photograph of a procession on dry open ground under a hazy sky with trees behind. Two large ornate umbrellas with multicoloured tasselled fringes and blue, gold and white motifs are carried over the group. At centre, a bald man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a shawl walks with hands folded at his chest. Ahead, a man with long dark hair and orange cloth, wearing a mala, walks with hand on chest. Attendants in white dhotis and white shirts with orange sashes walk alongside, one carrying a silver vessel with a green leafy sprig on a tray. A golden ceremonial fan and a flag are visible, and a vehicle sits at left.
