A procession moves through a whitewashed hall toward an open doorway framed by palm fronds. At the centre, a man in a plain orange sleeveless robe walks forward, one hand on a tall orange-wrapped metal urn decorated with strings of beads. Beside him, a man in an orange dhoti and shawl walks on the left. Behind them, people in white dhotis and orange or red shawls follow, a woman carries a brass plate with a green leafy offering, and an older man in white with a rudraksha mala and gold chain walks in front of a line of onlookers. A wall clock hangs above the doorway.

Photo of a ritual welcome inside a hall with white walls and a wall clock. A bare-footed young man in saffron-orange robes and a beaded orange-and-white mala walks forward, smiling, with hands together in greeting while a man in white dhoti and shawl with a crown-like headpiece carries a brass kalasha with a flower on a tray. Saffron-robed sannyasis stand behind, a striped parasol and a decorated umbrella are held overhead, and a green leafy garland hangs above. Devotees in white and one in yellow stand on both sides with palms pressed together in namaste, and rangoli-style floor designs lie on the ground.

Inside a plain white-walled hall with a corrugated roof, a procession moves toward an open doorway strung with green leaves and orange flowers. Several people in saffron-orange robes walk under red and orange umbrellas, one holding a brass vessel. Attendants in white clothes with yellow sashes carry tall ornate pennant-shaped banners on poles. A woman in white stands at right beside a table draped in yellow cloth, hands folded in prayer. A wall clock and a Kannada notice board hang on the wall. No individual can be confidently identified from appearance, so roles are described only.

A barefoot man in a saffron-orange robe and a long rudraksha mala walks down a red carpet between garlanded metal railings decorated with yellow and pink flower garlands. Behind him, orange-robed attendants carry a decorated umbrella and yellow-and-orange triangular banners, and women in white and red sarees hold brass plates and walk in procession. Green leaf and flower garlands hang from the ceiling of a white-walled hall with a wall clock and ventilation grilles. Several additional devotees stand in the background, including a man in white with a camera.

A photograph of a procession entering a decorated hall. In the centre, a barefoot man in saffron-orange robes wears a long white and orange flower garland and holds his palms raised in greeting. Beside him, a bearded man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala walks alongside, and another man in orange follows behind. A young woman in a light blue outfit stands at left with palms pressed together. Men in white dhotis and shirts, and a man in a checked shirt at right, stand with hands folded. A green-and-orange decorated arch of flowers and coconuts hangs above the doorway, with banana leaves flanking the path and a wall clock above. People visible: about 10.

A procession moves through an interior hall toward a doorway opening onto palm trees and bright sunlight. In front, a sannyasi in orange robes carries a brass pot garlanded with white flowers and topped with green leaves and an orange tassel. Behind them, a man in a white dhoti and yellow shawl carries a tall orange-and-white ceremonial staff, and others in white dhotis and orange shawls walk alongside. Two large decorative umbrellas, one orange and one multicoloured with fringe, are held above the procession. On the right, bystanders in white and grey stand with hands folded in greeting near a wall display with a clock above. Sunlight streams across the floor.

A photograph of a man in a saffron-orange robe wearing a long pink and white flower garland walking barefoot across a whitewashed hall, smiling and looking ahead. Behind him a man in an orange robe holds a decorated multicoloured parasol on a long pole above him. Around the hall, a line of devotees stands with palms pressed together in namaste: women in white, pink and teal saris and white kurtas, and men in white shirts. A colourful painted pillar stands at the right and a wall clock hangs above the doorway. This appears to be a welcome procession in an ashram setting; the central figure has long swept-back hair and a saffron robe with a garland, consistent with a probable Swamiji (probable) candidate walking in procession.
