Indoor blessing scene. A man in saffron-orange robes and a matching orange turban sits on an ornate gilded throne carved with a lion figure, its hand raised over the head of a kneeling young man in white kurta and dhoti. The kneeling devotee bows on a red cushioned footstool over a patterned rug, with brass plates at the base of the throne. A woman in a blue floral sari stands in the background beside a lattice screen. The orange-clad figure is an appearance-based probable match for a person, identifiable by the saffron turban and robes, with the seated blessing role; the image shows no printed name.2004 - sacred collections uncategorisedFebruary 09 20122012-02-092004 - sacred collections uncategorisedA photograph of a seated figure in saffron/orange robes and an orange turban on an ornate golden lion-carved throne, with a kneeling devotee in white kurta and dhoti before him.
