He smiles and touches the garland while a woman in a white top and orange shawl bows and offers bananas on a tray. Behind them a woman in an orange sari with a rudraksha mala and tilak stands near shelves of folded saffron and red fabrics, with brass vessels in the lower right. Gold lion-head ornaments flank the throne. The man appears to be the person the page describes as a person, based on the turban, ornate clothing, gold adornments and garland, and the ceremonial setting suggests a satsang or puja-style honouring.2014-06-12A photograph of a seated figure in an orange-red turban, orange and white garland of flowers and beads, and saffron clothing, on a red tiger-striped cushion before a golden carved throne with lion heads. A woman in a white sari with a red-orange rudraksha garland and gold bangles stands at right, extending her hands to receive a small paper card. A brass tray with more cards sits nearby. Behind them is a seated crowd in white and orange clothing, with banana leaves and a striped cloth hanging above. Whether the seated figure is a person is uncertain, as the appearance cues are not sufficiently distinctive.2015-08-09August 09 20152015-08-09A seated man in a rust-red saffron-toned robe, wearing a multi-strand rudraksha mala and a garland of pink and red flowers with yellow blossoms, rests his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in a white kurta. The kneeling devotee holds his palms together in anjali mudra with eyes lowered. Behind them is a golden serpent-hooded sculpture and red zebra-print upholstery against deep maroon drapery. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back hair, a white vibhuti mark with a red bindi, and ceremonial rudraksha and flower garlands, matching the page's Padukā Pūjā and blessing setting; the blessing gesture is a darshan-style head blessing.2014-09-28A seated, smiling figure in a rust-red wrap with a white and multicolour flower garland and a leopard-print cloth at the waist receives offerings from a kneeling man in a white striped shirt with a blue lanyard, who holds bananas. Behind them, a woman in an orange sari and rudraksha mala stands with hands extended, and a woman in a pink and white kurta holds her palms together in namaskar, with a woman in a purple sari beside her. The setting is a plain room with red cushions and a deep red curtain. The seated figure shows long swept-back hair and a gold earring with a rudraksha bracelet, matching the a person presentation cues, while the kneeling man is a devotee.2014-04-27August 07th 20152015-08-07 +1 copies
