March 10 20142014-03-10A group of saffron-robed sannyasis walks barefoot across a pebbled riverbank toward trees and a hazy hillside. The central figure holds a silver trident (trishul) upright and wears a leopard-print cloth over his orange robe, with a rudraksha mala around his neck. To his left, a woman in an orange sari with a rudraksha mala walks beside him, and to his right another robed man carries an orange bag. Behind them, people in white and orange clothing follow, including a woman in a white top and patterned skirt.2014-03-10A group of devotees walks along a gravel path lined with green grass and a small tree at upper right, under an overcast sky. In the centre, a man in an orange robe with a bun of hair, a rudraksha mala and a white shawl walks with palms pressed together in anjali, a person by appearance, though the cues are limited to the bun, rudraksha mala and robe. Beside him, a bald man in an orange robe carries a backpack and a small satchel. Around them, people in orange shawls and saffron or white clothing walk along, and one woman carries a red basket. The setting suggests a pilgrimage walk.2011-07-31 +1 copiesOutdoor group walk on a gravel path beside a pond with green reeds and trees under an overcast sky. A man in the centre wears an orange dhoti and a shawl over his shoulders, with long dark hair, a rudraksha mala around his neck and hands pressed together in front of his chest; he appears to be a person by appearance cues including the long hair, ornate mala and orange clothing, though the image is not conclusive. Around him a crowd of about 20-30 devotees walks, many in orange shawls and saffron or white clothing, some with cameras and a woman carrying a red basket. Other people wear white kurtas, pink salwar and modern casual clothes.2011-07-31Outdoors on a wet, dark sand shoreline with waves washing in, a group walks toward a rocky sea temple. In the centre, a bare-chested man in orange-saffron dhoti with a gold necklace and rudraksha mala is shaded by a multicoloured parasol held by a man in white. Beside him a man in saffron robes with a long rudraksha garland walks barefoot, touching the first man's arm. A man in white holds a silver trident, and others in white clothes and saffron wraps follow through the surf. Behind them devotees in white stand near a cave-mouthed temple, with an orange flag on a pole at right.2013-12-02Outdoor photo on a sandy beach at dusk with a pale sky and trees behind. A central seated figure wearing a red-maroon turban, rudraksha mala necklaces and a red-maroon robe sits on a gold-legged bench with a leopard-print cushion, with bare feet in shallow water. Standing around are men in white dhoti-style clothing with red sashes and rudraksha malas, another man in a red robe, a woman in a gold-bordered cream sari, and a man in a white shirt with a red lanyard. Several other participants stand behind in the crowd. Several people are visible, roughly 21-100 in the wider group.2015-12-21July 31 20112011-07-31A group of people walks across a wide, pale pebble riverbed toward a tree line in hazy daylight.
