A man in a saffron-orange robe stands at the left of a stone shrine, holding a lit oil lamp (aarti) toward a deity murti. The robe is draped over his bare upper body, and he has long dark hair, with a white garland or shawl over one shoulder. The central murti pair, seated on an orange-draped platform, is adorned with thick garlands of yellow marigolds, red, and white flowers, and crowns. The female figure wears a green and red sari; the male figure wears a red and gold garment. Brass lamps, a kalasha-style vessel, and scattered flower petals sit on the wet stone floor. Colourful umbrellas and standing attendants in white appear in the background among trees.2007-07-29July 21 20102010-07-21A decorated deity murti seated on a golden throne with a serpent-hood backrest, framed by a gilded arched canopy.
