A temple-courtyard ritual photograph. A shaved-headed young priest in an orange-red dhoti with a gold-bordered shawl bends forward over a brass platter, pouring from a silver vessel near a small oil lamp with flame. Behind him another priest in white dhoti stands beside a tall, ornate brass lamp and a gold-edged wooden stage. Seated on a plush orange throne at right is a man with long swept-back hair, wearing a saffron-red robe with gold borders and a gold-and-red garland, hands folded. Attendants in orange and red robes sit or stand nearby, and women in white and red saris watch. Flowers, silver bowls, a kalasha-like vessel and marigold garlands are arranged on the platter. Red buildings and green foliage fill the background. This appears to be a puja or abhishekam setting.

Outdoor ritual scene at an ashram courtyard with red-walled buildings. In the centre, a young man in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala sits cross-legged before a small fire and a low stone platform laid with brass vessels, a plate and silver bowls. A standing young man in white dhoti with gold-bordered shawl and rudraksha necklace watches. Behind them, a seated figure in saffron robes with long rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold chain sits on an orange-cushioned chair (a throne-like seat) beneath a red-and-yellow flag, with an attendant in saffron nearby. Pink lotus flowers, sliced fruit, yellow marigold garlands and a brass lamp with a flame sit in the foreground. Several devotees in saffron sit or kneel around the area, and a framed portrait hangs on the right. This appears to be a homa or puja.

Outdoor ritual at dusk under a canopy. A seated figure on an ornate gold throne wears a maroon-and-red turban, a red-and-white flower garland, a gold chest ornament and a dark maroon garment. Beside him stands a bald priest in a saffron-orange dhoti holding a long staff, and at the right a priest in a white head covering and saffron-orange garments with rudraksha malas holds a lit oil lamp in a brass tray. Seated devotees in orange and saffron sit behind them, with a row of lit oil lamps on the floor at right and a deity shrine visible in the background.

A seated figure in a red ornate chair with gold trim receives a ritual offering from a kneeling man in a white sleeveless top and white dhoti. The seated man wears a red and pink flower garland, gold necklaces, rudraksha-style beads, an orange-brown robe and a white forehead marking, with a gold armband. Before him on a low gold-legged table draped in orange cloth are a banana leaf, betel leaves, a plate with a white cloth, flowers and a small brass bowl; incense smoke rises near the floor. Behind them stand several men in orange-brown robes with beaded necklaces, some with white markings on their arms, and a white-clad figure at the left edge. The setting appears to be an outdoor evening ritual on a pink mat.

Outdoor ceremony under an open pavilion with red-painted walls and an orange-cushioned throne chair. A man with long swept-back hair, wearing a rudraksha-style garland of yellow-orange flowers and saffron-red cloth edged in gold, sits on the throne with hands folded. Swamiji (probable) based on the swept-back hair, flower garland and saffron-red robe with gold borders; he is seated on the throne as the central figure. In front, a shaved-headed priest in saffron-red cloth with gold borders stands holding a lit oil lamp or arati flame over a low offering table with orange flowers. Another person in white clothing is partly visible at the left edge, and a woman in a red sari sits at the right near the throne. A framed portrait of a saffron-clad figure rests on a gold-trimmed side table draped with cloth.

Outdoor ritual under a red-framed corrugated shelter with a loudspeaker. A standing priest in rust-orange and gold-bordered robes, with a shaved head, waves an orange cloth over a brass lamp and offerings on a golden platform, where a small fire burns. Beside him a young man in white dhoti and shawl wears a rudraksha mala and holds his hands together. Behind, a figure seated in an orange throne-like chair wears a red-and-orange robe and garland. Devotees in orange and red sit on the ground in rows, and several women in orange sit at the lower left tending brass vessels and a flower-decorated tray.

Outdoor ritual at an ashram courtyard with red-painted buildings and palm trees behind. A shaved-headed man in rust-red robes with a gold-bordered cloth holds a copper vessel aloft with his right arm while standing beside a fire pit. Beside him a man in a white dhoti and shawl with a dark rudraksha mala and red wrist threads stands with hands folded. Seated on an orange throne-like chair at right is a man in rust-red robes with gold trim, wearing white and orange flower garlands, hands resting in his lap. Behind him a priest holds a bell, and a brass pot and offerings sit near the fire. Yellow and red ceremonial banners hang from a red frame overhead. A homa or yagna offering is in progress; people in orange and maroon sit on the ground at left. The seated man has no distinctive appearance cues beyond garlands and throne, so identity is uncertain.

A seated man in a red-and-gold ornate throne with a red cushioned back and orange seat cover receives honour in a ritual setting. He wears a deep red-brown cloth, a long pink-and-red flower garland, a gold necklace and gold armbands, and has a white mark on his forehead. A kneeling man in a white sleeveless top and white dhoti holds an offering tray with a folded cloth and money. Standing behind them are several men in orange and saffron robes with rudraksha malas and gold pendants, some with white and ochre body markings, and a few people in white. Smoke rises in the foreground. The person on the throne is described by role only, as the central honoured figure of the ceremony.
