A boy in front and a young man on the right both look down at the food in their palms. Other orange-clad participants and blurred figures stand in a hall behind them, with a white wall and a dark doorway visible. Other saffron-clad devotees sit in the background, with a red wall behind them.2013-08-02A photograph of several young boys seated closely together in a dim hall, dressed as ashram students in saffron-orange robes with gold borders and wearing rudraksha mala necklaces. Their heads are shaved, and some have white vibhuti or tilak marks on their foreheads, with a red kumkum dot on one boy. In the foreground, blurred orange cloth and a rounded object suggest other people and ritual items nearby. The boys look attentively toward the front of the room.2015-04-29Young boys in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged on the floor performing a ritual at a puja setup. The foreground boy wears thick-framed glasses, a rudraksha mala, a red bindi and white sacred ash lines on his forehead, and he holds a small object with both hands above a brass vessel and offerings of flowers. Beside him another boy in orange robes with white forehead markings looks down at pink and yellow flower petals on a tray. Several more similarly dressed boys sit behind them in a hall, some with white tilak marks. Brass lamps and a small platform with offerings are visible in the lower foreground.2014-10-05July 14 20132013-07-14April 10 20142014-04-10
