A woman in a white sari with a red border watches in the foreground. Behind them, white-clad attendees and a wall of framed photographs line the room. At the right edge, a golden palanquin or ratha with pompom trim sits beside a small video screen. The floor is tiled in cream and yellow and the scene reads as a festive ritual gathering in an ashram hall. No single figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance cues.
