A man in a rust-red turban with a gold stripe and a gold pin, wearing a rust-red and gold-bordered shawl over bare shoulders and layered rudraksha malas, smiles while reading a sheet of paper held in his left hand and raising his right hand. Behind him, a man in white dhoti and shawl with gold borders and rudraksha beads stands beside a group of women in saris, one in yellow and one in pink, several holding small packets. The setting is an indoor hall with a ceiling of fluorescent lights and a metal railing in the foreground.
