March 12 20142014-03-12A seated man in an orange-saffron dhoti with a bare chest and a long beaded mala-style necklace presses his hand to the forehead of a smiling man in a red-orange shawl over white clothes, who has his palms raised in greeting. Gold ceremonial items, a gold-coloured seat or throne edge, and a red curtain stand behind them. A woman in a red sari and another in white appear in the background, with a standing fan at left. The scene suggests a blessing or initiation gesture, with the seated figure's appearance matching the page's a person reference only partially, so identity is uncertain.2013-10-15A photograph of a ritual initiation in an indoor hall. A figure with long dark dreadlocks, wearing a maroon sleeveless garment and a thick gold-and-brown beaded necklace, presses a hand to the forehead of a man in a white t-shirt with a red-and-orange printed shawl, who holds his hands up to the figure's arm. Behind them, several people in white clothes and red shawls stand watching, and a golden vessel is visible in the foreground. A fan and curtain frame the room.2016-03-30September 29 20132013-09-29July 19 20152015-07-19March 07 20142014-03-07September 29 20132013-09-29March 07 20142014-03-07September 14 20142014-09-14March 30 20162016-03-30September 30 20132013-09-30October 04 20132013-10-04
