The man in white raises one arm. Behind them stands a deity murti decorated with garlands of yellow, purple, red and green flowers, with a gold crown and gold ornaments. A white wall-mounted fan and a standing fan are at the right edge, with a few people visible in the background. Two people are clearly visible in the foreground.2013-09-03A photo of two men in close indoor contact. On the left, a bare-shouldered man in a tiger-striped yellow-and-black garment with a rudraksha-bead belt has long swept-back hair and a white tripundra on his forehead; he is placing his right hand on the crown of the head of a man on the right, who has his eyes closed, short dark hair, a white shirt and an orange lanyard. The man on the right holds his hand up in a respectful gesture. Behind them stands a deity murti decorated with yellow, orange, red and purple flower garlands and gold jewellery. Other people partly visible at the right edge.2013-09-04A photograph of two men in a temple-like hall facing each other with raised palms. On the left, a man with long dark hair tied back wears a saffron-orange shawl over the shoulder and a brown rudraksha mala, seated beside a gilded lion-headed throne armrest and floral garlands of red and yellow. On the right, an older man with short grey hair and a white kurta wears a brown rudraksha mala and gestures with both hands toward him. Behind them stand several people in white clothing, a wall fan and a painted ocean wave panel.2013-09-29Photograph of two men facing each other in close conversation before a richly decorated deity murti hung with marigold and red flower garlands and gold ornaments. The man on the left has long dark hair swept back, a white tripundra mark on his forehead, and wears a single-shoulder yellow and black tiger-striped garment with layered rudraksha and white bead malas. His arm is extended toward the other man. The man on the right has short grey hair and wears a white shirt with an orange shawl and a red-brown beaded bracelet, with his hand raised in a gesture toward the first man's face. Swamiji (probable) on the left, given his long swept-back hair, tripundra, tiger-striped garment and rudraksha malas. Behind them stands a white air conditioning unit and purple curtain.2013-09-04Indoor photo of a long-haired man with a white tripundra mark on his forehead, bare-chested in a yellow and black tiger-striped cloth, wearing long rudraksha and white bead necklaces and a beaded waist garland, seated and smiling while he gently touches the face of a bearded man in a white t-shirt with a red-orange shawl and rudraksha mala. Behind them is a deity murti decorated with yellow, red, and purple flower garlands, gold ornaments and a green cloth backdrop. The seated man has distinctive adornments and long swept-back hair, consistent with a person in the presence of a devotee.2013-09-04A photograph of a seated man with long dark hair tied back, wearing a tiger-striped golden-yellow and brown wrap and a thick rudraksha mala necklace, holding a long silver staff with small hanging bells toward a man in a white kurta with a red cord around his neck, who holds his palms together in greeting. Behind them stand colourful garlands in red, yellow, purple and white, and a deity murti draped in garlands. A seated woman with braided hair is partly visible at lower right. Appearance-based a person cues: long hair, rudraksha mala, ornate saffron-toned wrap; he holds a ritual staff in a satsang-style setting.2013-07-08May 01 20142014-05-01A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate golden throne against a painted orange and yellow backdrop with palm trees. The seated man wears a rust-red turban with a jewelled ornament at the front, a yellow marigold garland, a rudraksha-style beaded necklace, and an orange-red shawl over his shoulders. A man in a white kurta, seen from behind, leans forward to touch or bless the seated figure's forehead. On the right, another person in white clothing raises an arm and holds a small stick or incense. Brass or gold ritual vessels with fruit sit at the lower left. The seated figure is in a central role, shown as honoured, but the appearance cues are a turban and beaded necklace, not a clear identity match, so a person is unsure.2015-10-25December 16 20122012-12-16
