A central figure with long dark swept-back hair, red kumkum on the forehead, wearing a red-orange silk garment, multiple gold and beaded necklaces and a gold bangle, smiles while extending a hand toward a bowed devotee in white shirt. A shaved-headed priest in orange cloth stands at right beside a ritual tray with flowers and offerings. Other devotees in white dhotis and a man in a teal shirt with hands joined in namaskar stand behind. A second man in a checked shirt stands at the far left edge. Behind them a stage with dark maroon drapes, a golden deity murti or seated figure, a few women in orange saris, a photographer crouched among camera bags, and a blue mat on the floor. Several other figures in saffron and white stand in the background of the hall. The seated figure in the centre background is a murti, not a living person. The smiling robed man with long swept hair and rudraksha and gold adornments matches the a person appearance cues described on the page, with the figure shown giving blessing, which is consistent with a darshan-style moment.2013-03-30A man in a white shirt bends forward with his head lowered while a figure in a saffron-orange robe places a hand on his head in blessing. The blessing figure has long swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and white forehead markings, an ornate gold necklace, rudraksha beads and a gold-bead garland, and is smiling. Another man in a white shirt stands at left with clasped hands, and attendants in saffron and white robes stand behind. A rope barrier, red curtains, a projection screen and a decorative hanging with tassels fill the hall background. The blessing figure matches the Swamiji (probable) appearance cues of long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and ceremonial gold and rudraksha adornments, shown in the act of giving blessings.2013-04-01October 04 20132013-10-04October 17 20132013-10-17July 18 20132013-07-18Photo 11738082A photograph of an indoor hall with a bare-chested man in orange ochre cloth smiling as he places his right hand on the head of a kneeling devotee with bowed head and palms pressed together.
