October 15 20112011-10-15Photo of a devotional blessing in an ashram hall. A man in a red-and-gold robe with a beige turban and long wrap, wearing layered rudraksha malas and gold necklaces, places his hand on the forehead of an older man in a white shirt and dark trousers, who stands with palms pressed together in namaste and head bowed. Around them, people in white clothes and orange robes stand with folded hands. Behind them is a decorated shrine with a deity murti under garlands and yellow and orange cloth. A man in white shorts and white garment stands at the right edge, and a tray of offerings sits at the lower right. Strongly appearance-based candidate presence: the turbaned figure in red-and-gold is a probable Swamiji blessing a devotee, with the distinctive turban, rudraksha malas and ceremonial gold necklaces.2011-12-12 +1 copiesSeptember 16 20112011-09-16December 12 20112011-12-12November 07 20132013-11-07A young man stands in a hall, facing left, wearing a cream turban with a long cream sash draped over his left shoulder, a red and gold silk garment, a blue and gold waistband, rudraksha beads layered across his chest, and gold-bordered bangles on his arms. He extends his right arm toward a row of men in white dhotis and shirts who bow with palms pressed together, separated by a silver stanchion and chain. Other people stand in the background, and a large banner with red and orange tones hangs on the right wall.2011-09-22A man in a light blue collared shirt and glasses stands with hands pressed together in namaste while a figure in a cream turban with a jeweled ornament, a red-and-maroon robe and multiple rudraksha malas places his palm on the devotee's head in blessing. Two other people stand near: a bald man in orange cloth at right and a figure in white with a gold-bordered shawl at lower right, while a person in white stands at left. The setting is an indoor hall with ceiling lights and a blurred background. Swamiji (probable) appears as the blessing figure, given his turban, rudraksha malas and ornate robe.2011-12-15A photograph in a red-draped hall with a gilded carved wooden structure behind. A young man in a rust-brown turban with a silver brooch and a yellow marigold garland bows forward, hands pressed together. Facing him, an older bald man in a white robe with an orange shawl bends slightly, palms joined in greeting, gold rings visible. Onlookers stand in the background, including a woman in a yellow sari and men in shirts. A brass lamp stand is nearby.2015-10-25September 22 20112011-09-22A photograph of a seated man in a red-orange turban, red-orange robe, gold bangles and rudraksha beads blessing a bowed, white-haired elderly man in white with an orange shawl. The seated figure rests his right hand on the elder's head while holding a gold-tipped staff nearby. Behind them stand a man in red-orange robes with a rudraksha mala and a kneeling man in cream dhoti. A brass oil lamp, a red cloth backdrop and a golden throne are visible, and a camera on a tripod is in the background. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure wears a red-orange turban, gold necklaces and bangles on a throne, and rudraksha-adorned ceremonial dress.2016-07-10September 16 20112011-09-16December 29 20112011-12-29
