He wears a rust-orange robe, a flower garland and a light bracelet, and he is bare-chested and barefoot. Several tiers of bananas are arranged on a tray in front of him, and a devotee in white kneels to offer fruit. A woman in a white sari with a rudraksha mala stands at right beside another person in a pink sari. Carved golden pillars and a red lattice screen fill the background. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with the page's a person reference, but cues are limited, so identity remains uncertain.2014-08-26A seated figure in a rust-orange turban, orange robe and layered garlands of marigold and white flowers sits on an ornate gilded throne with lion-headed finials and a golden lion statue at the left. He smiles and extends both arms outward, holding a yellow fruit in one hand. A white-haired woman in a white sari with a green border bends forward to offer something, and a woman in a magenta sari stands at the right edge. Two attendants in white and orange robes stand at the left, one holding a yellow fruit, and a dark red curtain forms the backdrop.2016-01-17A photograph of a ceremony in front of an ornate gold throne shaped like a cobra hood, set against deep red drapes. A seated figure in a rust-orange robe, wearing a black turban-like crown, a gold necklace and a gold ornamental collar, sits on the throne with a leopard-print cushion and holds a small red object. Around him, a bare-chested attendant in white with a saffron-orange shawl stands at left and extends a hand toward the throne; a kneeling attendant in orange and a woman in white with gold borders kneel at the lower centre, one holding a red fruit. At right, a woman in a white sari with gold borders moves past. The throne's gold cobra canopy and carved lion figures are prominent.2016-02-02May 04 20162016-05-04November 11 20142014-11-11A photograph of a ceremonial stage in a temple-style hall. A seated person in a rust-orange robe with a multi-coloured flower garland and white beads sits on an ornate gilded throne with lion-carved armrests, draped with a tiger-striped cloth and red cushions. Behind the throne hangs a large carved panel showing a deity murti with a raised hand. On the left, a young man in an orange dhoti with a gold chain stands near a priest in white dhoti with a red shawl and a tilak, holding an object. On the right, two women in white saris with gold borders and red shawls stand, one with a bun, and a brass pot sits at the edge of the stage. Gold-carved arches frame the scene. The throne figure is a person identified by the rust-orange robe, garland and beads on the central throne, but appearance cues are limited, so the candidate is uncertain.2016-05-04February 02 20162016-02-02November 18 20152015-11-18June 15 20132013-06-15
