Indoor photo of a blessing moment in a hall with a dim, warm light. A man in a white turban with a white feather plume and long dark hair, wearing a white embroidered garment and a shawl, stands at right, touching the forehead of a grey-haired older man with closed eyes and a moustache, who wears a white shirt and raises one hand. Behind them, several men in white shirts and white clothing stand, one in an orange shawl at left, and a smiling man in a white shirt at centre. On the right, a brass figure and ornate metal items are visible, and a wall behind holds framed pictures and a tall patterned banner. Swamiji (probable): the standing figure in the white turban and embroidered white garment, with long hair and a shawl, is giving the forehead blessing.2006-12-23December 23 20062006-12-23A photograph of a close, intimate moment during darshan. A man with long dark hair and a white turban, wearing a white embroidered garment, leans forward smiling and touches the forehead of an older man with short grey hair whose eyes are closed and whose palms are pressed together in devotion. Behind them, another man in white with an orange shawl and several people stand in a room with a dark wall, a banner or board above, and a curtain. The turbaned figure is distinctive in saffron-free white dress with long hair, a presentation consistent with the page's reference to a person, but identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2006-12-23December 23 20062006-12-23 +1 copiesPhotograph of a seated figure in a pale blue turban and white embroidered robe with a red-and-orange cloth draped over the lap, placing a hand on the head of a man in a white shirt during darshan at a large indoor convention. A younger man in white stands beside them, with a spectator in an orange shirt nearby. Behind them a dense crowd of delegates in white and light clothing fills a hall with a standing fan at left.2008-02-09Close photo of a man in a white kurta with long swept-back hair and a moustache placing his right hand on the forehead of an older, greyish-haired man in white clothing, a gesture of blessing during an initiation-style ritual. Behind them, other men in white and orange-trimmed clothing lean in with hands raised. A gold bangle is visible on the blessing hand. The long-haired man in white with a moustache and ornate embroidered collar is a probable candidate for a person by appearance, though the identity cannot be confirmed from appearance alone.2007-02-24February 09 20082008-02-09A photograph of a devotee with eyes closed and a moustache, wearing a white t-shirt with red rudraksha mala beads and a pendant, receiving a blessing as a person in a large white turban and white garment places a hand on his forehead. The turbaned figure has long dark hair and a pink and blue flower garland. Behind them, several men in white kurta-style clothing stand in a room with a blue cabinet and an ID badge visible. The turban-wearer does not show distinctive a person cues beyond a white turban and white clothing, so presence is uncertain.2006-07-30A photograph of a darshan moment at a large gathering hall. A man in a light blue turban and white robe, with long dark hair and a beard, stands at left with both arms raised, pressing his hand to the forehead of a young man in a white shirt whose eyes are closed. Behind them a second young man in a khaki-beige shirt watches with a gold bracelet visible. A crowd of devotees in white and orange clothing fills the background under banners and bright lights.2008-02-09A photograph of a large indoor hall crowded with seated and standing devotees in white and pastel clothing at an evening convention. In the foreground, a bearded man in white robes with a pale blue turban is embracing a young man in a white shirt, who raises his arms high. Another man in a checked shirt stands beside them, and a man in white with a rudraksha-style mala touches a devotee's head at lower right.
