Indoor photo of a blessing moment in a hall with a dim, warm light. A man in a white turban with a white feather plume and long dark hair, wearing a white embroidered garment and a shawl, stands at right, touching the forehead of a grey-haired older man with closed eyes and a moustache, who wears a white shirt and raises one hand. Behind them, several men in white shirts and white clothing stand, one in an orange shawl at left, and a smiling man in a white shirt at centre. On the right, a brass figure and ornate metal items are visible, and a wall behind holds framed pictures and a tall patterned banner. Swamiji (probable): the standing figure in the white turban and embroidered white garment, with long hair and a shawl, is giving the forehead blessing.

December 23 20062006-12-23A photograph of a close, intimate moment during darshan. A man with long dark hair and a white turban, wearing a white embroidered garment, leans forward smiling and touches the forehead of an older man with short grey hair whose eyes are closed and whose palms are pressed together in devotion. Behind them, another man in white with an orange shawl and several people stand in a room with a dark wall, a banner or board above, and a curtain. The turbaned figure is distinctive in saffron-free white dress with long hair, a presentation consistent with the page's reference to a person, but identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2006-12-23December 23 20062006-12-23December 23 20062006-12-23 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated devotee in white kurta with a rudraksha mala having his forehead touched by a man in a white turban and bare upper body with a multicoloured flower garland, in a hall with standing onlookers in white and saffron, and a camera operator at left. The turbaned man has long hair and a shawl-like wrap; his cues are partially visible, so his identity is uncertain and he is described by role only. Background shows a blue cooler and a red platform.2006-07-30A bare-chested man in a white turban and white wrap with gold trim stands at right, smiling broadly with long dark hair and a red garland at his neck, and presses his right hand onto the forehead of a seated man at left who wears a plain white shirt and has his eyes closed. Behind them, several people in white clothes sit in a dim hall with a lattice screen and a small framed picture on the wall. The scene suggests a blessing gesture during a meditation programme.2004-05-27February 09 20082008-02-09July 30 20062006-07-30March 15 20062006-03-15July 30 20062006-07-30A photograph of a bare-chested figure in a white turban with a gold-edged white shawl and a long swept-back dark hair, wearing a white and red flower garland, placing both hands on the head of a man in a white shirt who is bowing forward. Behind them, a seated audience in white clothes claps and watches, and a red and pink garland hangs at the right edge. The turban-wearing figure is smiling broadly. A distinctive appearance with long hair, gold-trimmed shawl and garland fits the a person description, giving a blessing in the manner of an initiatory touch.2004-05-272004 - sacred collections uncategorised
