Dusk outdoor gathering at a stone-terraced pond with stepped stone seating. Many people in white clothes sit in rows on mats along the terraces and the water's edge, facing a figure in orange robes standing on the steps at right, with a small group in white near him. A tall floodlight glows at the top of the frame against a pink and lavender evening sky, and palm fronds frame the left edge. The pond reflects the seated crowd. No identification of the orange-robed figure is made from appearance.
