In this video a Kailasian of the #Nithyananda Sanyas Order talks about the healing power of meditation to the Delegates of the Meditation Therapy Convention. Meditation changes our inner space, which in turn can result in miraculous changes in the outer space. Our molecular, biological and genetic systems are impacted by meditation. The diseases which we can name, and that we cannot name, can be healed through meditation. If we can awaken boundless energy inside us we can heal ourselves, we can heal the space in which we are living, and we can heal the world. Meditation Therapy is about treating the samskaras (engraved memories that affect how we behave in the present), directly healing the being and curing the unconscious.
