A central figure with long dark hair and a saffron robe stands with a hand raised near the mouth, while a seated person in white with a saffron shawl bends forward in the foreground. Around them devotees sit in white clothing with orange-saffron shawls, several with red bindis or kumkum. Some are bald or shaved-headed. Tarpaulins and a white cloth-covered seat appear at left, and the scene is dimly lit.2006-08-20Night-time outdoor gathering of seated trainees at a brahmacharya training convention. Foreground devotees in saffron and orange robes sit close to the camera, several with hands folded or resting in laps. Behind them rows of seated participants wear white dhoti and kurta style clothing, some with gold-bordered white garments and gold-edged cloth. A standing figure in white with a shawl stands among the seated rows at centre. A woman in white stands at the upper right near a wall. Plain earth ground, a low white-draped bench and a wooden fence form the background.2006-08-20August 01 20082008-08-01August 03 20082008-08-03Night-time outdoor gathering at an ashram with a large crowd of devotees. In the foreground a bare-chested figure with long swept-back dark hair and an orange wrap, holding a microphone, faces the crowd and speaks. Around them many people wear white ritual clothes and orange shawls, with several young girls and children in front. On the right a man in white raises a video camera. A string of lights and a dark tree line appear behind. The figure's appearance matches the page's Swamiji cues (long hair, orange wrap, bare chest), so this is a probable identification with the page's claim of Swamiji present; the figure is a presiding teacher speaking to devotees.2006-10-21November 27 20092009-11-27December 30 20062006-12-30August 03 20082008-08-03A photograph of a large outdoor gathering on dry grass with scrubby trees behind. Many people in white dhotis, mundus and kurtas wear saffron-orange shawls draped over their shoulders. A woman in a white sari with gold border holds a notebook and writes, while a woman in a white sari with an orange shawl and long braid stands nearby. A figure at the far left in orange shawl photographs the group with a camera. Nobody is clearly identified as the a person in this image; all visible people are devotees or participants in matching white and orange attire.2008-01-03
