January 14 20082008-01-14A large tented hall with white canvas ceiling and hanging decorative banners in blue, red and yellow patterns. Many seated participants sit on red and yellow yoga mats and cushions in rows, mostly in white and orange clothing, some wearing orange shawls. A video camera on a tripod films the group. At the far end, on a raised pink-draped platform in front of a blue backdrop, a figure in saffron-orange robes and a red head covering sits in a meditative posture. Nearby, a few people stand or sit at a side table. The scene suggests a teacher training session or satsang.2008-01-13January 14 20082008-01-14January 14 20082008-01-14A standing woman in a white kurta and a light blue dupatta speaks into a handheld microphone in a large hall with white-draped windows and colourful striped pillars. Many wear white clothes and orange shawls or stoles; a few wear yellow or pink tops and mala necklaces. They face forward toward a raised stage at the back, where a figure in orange robes sits on a pale pink-draped platform in front of a blue cloth backdrop with orange and gold hanging banners above. A water bottle sits on the floor near the front row. A man in an orange robe with a saffron shawl sits cross-legged on a white-draped platform at left, speaking with a microphone, a small brass lamp and a brass figure beside him. Seated students on red and yellow mats face him, including a person in white with an orange shawl in the foreground and a woman with long curly hair in black. A tall banner with a Nithyananda Namaskar Pantha poster hangs behind the speaker, with a cross-shaped stand at left and a laptop on the floor. Speakers hang on the walls and dark banners with yellow fringe decorate the ceiling.2008-01-13August 08 20092009-08-08
