A photograph of a construction site on red earth beside a scrubby green tree line under a bright sky with clouds. A person in a saffron wrap with long dark hair stands at center while a person holding a pink-orange umbrella stands behind them. To the right, a shaved-headed person in a saffron shawl over white clothes gestures toward the ground while two older men in white shirts look on. Thin wooden stakes with white string mark the planned layout on the ground. The central figure in a saffron wrap with long swept-back dark hair and a bangle on the wrist could be a person, appearing in person as the person leading the survey of the land, with the umbrella held over them.
