Three gold face ornaments are fixed on the lingam base, and a tripundra mark is visible on its front. The linga sits on a striped red and white pedestal in the water. Strings of multicoloured lights are draped across the surrounding railing and steps. On the left, a group of people in white clothes sit on the stone steps. On the right, a small white platform holds a figure in yellow with attendants in white and a red-and-yellow ceremonial flag. Dark water reflects the lights.
