Photograph taken from the back of a large hall filled with a dense crowd of seated attendees, mostly seen from behind, many in white, red, yellow and patterned clothing with some wearing lanyards. Two large screens on the rear wall show figures in orange and red. Chandeliers hang from the ceiling, and a small orange-clad figure stands near the central stage area, with an altar-like backdrop of framed pictures and orange drapery. The setting suggests a large seminar or initiation session. Crowd is large, numbering well over a hundred visible people.
