In this video, Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam leads all of us through a powerful process to clear the muscle memory from patterns we no longer wish to entertain. Muscle memory is where the engrams (engraved memories, in Sanskrit called “Samskaras”) are stored. In the exercise that His Divine Holiness leads us through in this video, He asks us to pen down any patterns we want to have cleared from our muscle memory. This can be any addictions, patterns through which we take some action that makes us feel powerless. HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam then asks to pen down the possibilities we want to manifest.

When we write these down in detail, the presence of His Divine Holiness will make sure to clear up our inner software and update it with what we wish to manifest. Such is the power of the Avatar.
