A red wood-grain plaque trophy stands on a cream floor in front of white-clad legs of people standing behind it. The centre features a large silver-rimmed circular frame holding a photograph of a bearded, long-haired figure wearing ornate necklaces and holding a rudraksha-style mala, with a yellow halo ring. Flanking it are two smaller red plaques with silver medallions showing a peacock-like bird. Five wooden finials top the central plaque. The figure in the framed photograph is a depiction, not a physically present person; no identification is made from appearance.

A photograph of a commemorative plaque on a white stage, presented as a trophy-style award. The plaque is a red wood-grain frame with silver-toned decorative medallions and a central circular photo of a smiling man with long dark hair, a rudraksha-style necklace and ornate red-gold clothing, framed by a golden halo. Behind the plaque, people in white clothes and saffron-orange garments are bowing or kneeling on the stage. A printed Tamil inscription along the base records a Maha Mandaleshwar title conferred on a young Paramahamsa Nithyananda and the date 03.3.2013 with the organisation Hindu Dharma Shakti, Tamil Nadu.

Close view of a red wooden plaque-shaped award on a white stage, with a central circular silver frame holding a portrait labelled with a printed name, flanked by two smaller red plaques with silver medallions. Two hands in white sleeves rest on the side plaques and a third hand touches the top of the central piece; the wearers' white garments and gold bangles are visible. The printed Tamil caption on the base records a Mahamandaleshwar title conferred on a person Swamigal by Hindu Dharma Shakti, Tamil Nadu, dated 03.3.2013. The portrait shows a man with long dark hair, a red garment and beaded necklaces, and is a depiction on a printed award rather than a person present in the scene.

A wooden plaque with a red-brown faux-wood finish and five turned finials on top stands on a white surface in front of white-clad devotees whose legs and feet are visible. A central circular silver-toned frame holds a small colour portrait labelled with a readable Tamil honour inscription, and two smaller silver medallions with bird motifs flank it. The lower base carries an engraved Tamil-script dedication. The portrait shows a smiling figure with long dark hair, a red garment and beaded necklaces, though this is an appearance-based label only, so the depiction is treated as a printed portrait on an award plaque. Three white-clad people are visible from the knees down.

Indoor ceremony in a hall with pink walls and red curtains. Several men in white dhotis and white shirts stand in a group, some wearing saffron-orange shawls and rudraksha malas. Two men in the centre hold up a red wooden plaque with a silver-framed central image and silver emblems on either side. A woman with a white jasmine garland and an orange sari stands with her back to the camera, gesturing toward the plaque. Gold ritual items, a golden bell stand and brass lamps appear at the right edge.

A group of men in white dhotis and shirts gathers in a hall to present a red wooden plaque with a silver-framed circular portrait and a smaller silver medallion, held up by several men. A man in the centre wears spectacles, a red tilak and a beaded mala and gestures toward a figure seen from behind, whose long dark hair and white forehead marks are visible beside a multicoloured flower garland. A man at the far right wears an orange-brown robe and a mala with a brass lamp stand behind him. Some men wear orange shawls. Tamil text is engraved on the plaque. The plaque's portrait shows a figure with long hair and a red garment, but the appearance is uncertain for identification purposes.

A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne, with a multicoloured floral garland draped over his shoulders and a bouquet of flowers in his hand. He gestures while speaking to a group of men in white dhotis and white shirts, several wearing rudraksha malas, who stand before him holding a large red wooden plaque with a silver-framed photograph and a silver medallion. Behind him stand two monks in orange robes, one wearing a gold necklace, and a golden trident rests beside a golden lion statue at the throne. A red plaque bears Tamil inscription text and a date.

A photograph of an indoor ceremony in a dimly lit hall with warm lamps and gold carved panels behind. In the foreground, a figure in a white turban and white cloth wraps with long strands of gold and beaded necklaces, and a bright orange shawl over the shoulders, extends both hands to present a large silver-toned plaque with a decorative engraved dish to a man standing beside. Behind them, a bald man in a white shirt and saffron-orange scarf looks on, and a woman in a white sari with gold border and floral garlands stands at right. Marigold and red flower garlands drape the setting, and small oil lamps glow on wall shelves. The presenter's face is partly shadowed and the appearance-based cues are insufficient to identify a specific person, so no candidate is asserted.
