Outdoor procession on a paved road. In the foreground a bare-chested older man with grey hair and a grey beard stands bent forward with one arm raised high, eyes closed, while nearby people in white dhotis with red sashes and garlanded necks watch. Behind him a decorated golden chariot with flower garlands and red and orange cloth is pulled along, with a driver in a light shirt and a police officer in khaki uniform nearby. Red-blossomed trees and flags frame the scene, and onlookers hold up phones to record.
