A photo of a procession in an outdoor street lined with trees bearing red flowers. In the centre, a bare-chested, older bearded man with a shaved head walks forward, pulling or leading a green cart with large wheels. Behind him, a decorated chariot or ratha with a golden canopy and flower garlands is visible, with red flags flying. On either side, men in white dhotis with gold-bordered cloth and gold-bead garlands clap and raise their arms, and a uniformed police officer stands near the front. Several people film with phones at the left edge.
