A rural outdoor scene at a relief distribution point beside a concrete water tank and tall palm and banana trees. Several men and older people stand close together, facing away from the camera toward a metal pot or drum at lower centre. A man in a white striped shirt and light trousers points with his arm, a man in a cream shirt and a dark cap stands in the middle, and a shirtless young man in a striped yellow and brown polo shirt leans over a green railing at right. A bare-chested man on the far right stands on a vehicle. No one visible wears saffron or ornate ceremonial clothing, and no a person candidate is clearly present.
