Outdoor relief distribution in a village lane shaded by palm and banana trees. A man in a light blue-and-white striped shirt and dark trousers, with a red thread on his wrist, stands at a green metal gate, bending over a large steel vessel and serving food. A shirtless man in a white vest and blue checked lungi, with a hair net, leans over the same vessel. A man in a pale pink polo with a white towel over his shoulder hands out a paper plate, and an elderly woman in a pink sari stands at the right edge. Palm fronds and a thatched hut are visible behind them.
