He wears an orange headband and has hair tied up at the back. Facing him, a man in white clothes with an orange shawl over his shoulder raises one hand in a gesture toward him. Behind them, a white standing fan stands against a pale wall, and several people stand in the background, including a man in a white shirt and dark trousers. A man in white dhoti and mala sits at the right edge. The seated figure has distinctive long swept-back hair, a headband and rudraksha beads with saffron robes, which matches the Swamiji (probable) cues from the page, so he is labeled as a probable appearance of Swamiji.2012-04-30April 27 20142014-04-27A seated figure on an ornate gold throne with red cushions wears an orange-saffron robe with gold border, a white forehead tilak, a floral garland and armbands, with hands folded in his lap. In front, a shaved-headed priest in orange robes with white sacred ash markings on his arms and chest sits with palms pressed together in prayer. A woman in a white sari with a red and green border kneels with palms joined. Silver offering plates with flowers and fruit sit on the floor, and a cream-coloured pillar frames the scene beside a white cooler and blue-panelled wall. The throne figure's appearance has several cues consistent with the page's identification, so this is a person seated on the throne during a ritual honouring.2012-05-12A photograph of a seated man in saffron-and-gold robes with a gold necklace and a white vibhuti line on his forehead, hugging a devotee who bows forward in white clothes with an orange shawl.
