He wears a long rudraksha-style mala with white beads, matching beaded armlets and wristbands, and a red tilak on his forehead. Behind him a red ring-shaped frame hangs from a red pole under a pale tent canopy, and a figure in yellow sits at the left edge.2011-10-19A smiling man stands on a stage in front of a pale pink backdrop, wearing a bright orange turban with a small blue and gold emblem at the front and a red bindi on his forehead. He wears an orange draped upper garment with a sheer orange scarf over one shoulder, a white and gold-bordered dhoti-style lower wrap, a beaded red-and-gold waist belt, and multiple strands of red and gold beads around his neck. Gold-and-beaded bangles are on his wrists and upper arms. His posture is relaxed, one hand resting at his hip, and a dark curtain edges the right side of the frame. The rendered look suggests a costumed stage performance rather than a ritual setting, and the identity of the performer cannot be established from appearance alone.2011-09-06PhotoAlbum +1 copiesSeptember 19 20112011-09-19October 19 20112011-10-19A standing man in an orange saffron turban with a teal and gold brooch, wearing a draped orange shawl, orange and blue silk garment with red-and-gold borders, multi-strand gold beaded necklaces, gold-and-silver beaded armlets and wrist bands.
