A man with long dark hair, a vertical tilak on his forehead, a white garland of flowers and an orange saffron robe sits with palms pressed together in namaste on an ornate gold-and-red throne. Swamiji (probable) by appearance: long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and white flower garland. Before him, a woman in an orange sari and white dress with rudraksha mala and a devotee in white clothes kneel with folded hands at a brass tray holding flowers, fruit, sweets and small silver vessels. A man in a white shirt sits at right with hands joined. Behind them, a woman in a white sari with a yellow border holds a silver pot, and other devotees in white and yellow stand and sit in a hall with wooden pillars. Fruit, sweets and a plate of offerings sit on a small table at left.2010-01-11 +1 copiesA photograph of a padapuja ceremony in an indoor hall. A man with long dark hair, wearing an orange saffron robe and a rudraksha mala, sits on an ornate gold-carved throne with red cushions, eyes closed in meditation, his bare feet being worshipped. Before him, a woman in a white sari with a red border kneels with palms pressed together, while a woman in a yellow top and a woman in a red sari stand with hands folded in namaste. Two men in white are seen in the foreground, and a man in a white shirt appears in a window behind. Silver plates with fruit, including red apples, sit on a red tray beside the throne, and a wooden chest stands nearby. The seated figure's orange robe and long hair suggest the presence of a person, though this is an appearance-based candidate only.2010-09-16A seated figure with long swept-back dark hair wears an orange sleeveless robe, dark rudraksha mala and a bare chest, perched on an ornate red-cushioned gold throne with carved gold armrests. Swamiji (probable) by appearance cues: long hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha beads, while presiding over the gathering as its central figure. Before him on the floor sit devotees: a shaved-headed man in white with a rudraksha mala and name badge, a bald man in white with glasses praying with palms together, a woman in white with folded hands, a woman in yellow, and others seated around silver trays of red fruit, pink flowers and offerings. Behind them are orange and white striped walls, orange curtains and a potted plant, with a brass lamp at the right edge.2010-08-30January 22 20112011-01-22August 15 20102010-08-15
