May 13 20142014-05-13January 14 20142014-01-14Close-up photograph of bare feet resting on a polished silver tray filled with pink and red flower petals and a small gold cup or vessel. The feet belong to a person wearing a red and gold-bordered ceremonial garment, with a shimmering gold border, and a silver-toned ornate ritual implement rests behind them. A hand with a ring appears at the top edge. The setting suggests a padapuja, a ritual washing or honouring of the feet, with flowers and a dish of offerings. No face is visible, so the identity of the person cannot be determined from the image.2014-05-21Close view of a pair of bare feet resting on a silver tray filled with red flower petals, set on an ornate gold-toned platform. A gold-coloured vessel with a spout sits at the front of the tray, and a gold finial stands among the petals. The feet are wrapped at the top by a red and gold striped garment, and a seated person in white and blue is partly visible at the left edge. This appears to be a padapuja, a foot-worship ritual, though the individual is not clearly identifiable from the feet alone.2015-07-21February 16 20132013-02-16January 04 20132013-01-04Close-up photograph of bare feet resting on a silver tray filled with red rose petals and two small gold kalasha-shaped objects, set on a red fabric cushion with a black tiger-stripe pattern. A gold-trimmed edge of a throne or seat is visible at the right. A person in orange-red garments is seen at the top left with hands pressed together. The scene suggests a pada puja ritual, with the feet being honoured by flower offerings.2014-01-22Close-up photograph of a bare foot in a padapuja setting. The foot, with an orange-saffron cloth edged in gold hem at the left, rests on a silver tray scattered with red and orange flower petals, set on an orange and brown patterned cloth with fringe. The blurred background shows warm golden and orange decorative elements. Only the foot and lower garment are visible; no face is shown, so the person cannot be identified and is described only by role as a devotee receiving padapuja.2013-02-16March 31 20142014-03-31February 16 20132013-02-16Close-up photograph of a person's bare feet resting on a brass tray filled with flowers during a padapuja ritual. The feet are in focus, wearing no visible adornment, and the figure wears a deep red garment with a gold-bordered edge at upper left. The tray holds yellow marigolds, white jasmine, pink and red roses, and green leaves, with a small brass vessel near the toes. Blurred brass trays and bowls sit in the background, and a golden ritual setting is visible at right.2017-07-07 +1 copiesApril 29 20142014-04-29
