Most men wear white shirts or dhotis, some with red-and-gold shawls and rudraksha or beaded necklaces. In the centre-right, a man with long swept-back hair, an orange turban, an orange and gold robe and layered gold necklaces walks with palms pressed together in greeting; his appearance is consistent with a person but his face is not clear. Several other devotees in orange shawls walk alongside, and a yellow barrier and makeshift structures appear in the background.2006-09-24October 27 2004 - Surat Inter-religious conference in Tiruvannamalai2004-10-27December 19 20032003-12-19A photograph of a narrow city street with shuttered shops, signboards, parked motorbikes and pedestrians. Four prominent people walk toward the camera. In the centre, a man with long dark hair wears an orange dhoti, an orange-and-brown leopard-print shawl and a long rudraksha mala, with a tilak on his forehead, and he has an appearance-based cue consistent with the page's a person label, but the cues are insufficient for a confident identification. To his left, a man in white kurta and dhoti with a tilak and an orange-red shawl walks beside him. To the right, a bald man in white with an orange-red shawl and a crossbody strap. Behind them, a woman in white sari with an orange-red shawl and a man in white walk along. A pedestrian on the far left wears a white shirt and dhoti.January 05 20062006-01-05January 05 20062006-01-05September 11 20122012-09-11
