A crowded passenger boat on a wide river at dusk, with a curved white metal canopy arch over the deck. Many devotees sit closely together in rows, mostly in white and light clothing, with some in orange, green and red. A woman in a white hat and a woman with short blonde hair are prominent in the centre, and several people wave and smile toward the camera. The far riverbank and tree line are visible in the hazy background.
