Looking up from ground level, a tall copper-coloured ceremonial flagstaff rises against bright blue sky, topped with a decorative crown-like finial and trailing a red and white flag. Beside it a red umbrella with gold-and-white fringed edges is held aloft, and a palm tree stands at right. At left, the edge of a corrugated metal roof with a white surveillance camera and a red hose overhead. Only the tops of a few heads and shoulders are visible at the bottom edge, and their clothing is not discernible. The scene suggests a procession or outdoor ceremonial setting.
