A close photograph of a smiling man with eyes lowered, showered with pink rose petals and surrounded by garlands of yellow marigolds and purple flowers. He wears a pink turban-style headpiece decorated with gold ornaments, a white pearl string and a red stone pendant, and gold jewellery is visible at the lower edge. The petals fill much of the frame. The face is partly obscured by falling petals, and the pink and gold colours dominate the image.
