The figure wears a red and orange turban, an orange and maroon sash, and a tiger-striped loincloth, with a rudraksha mala at the chest. Its raised hands hold a drum and a flame. In the foreground, a black shiva lingam wrapped in a white cloth stands on a gold brocade cloth, marked with three horizontal white bands and a red dot. The setting appears to be a temporary display arranged for the setup of the Kailasa venue.
