Outdoor photo at a newly inaugurated centre. A person in an orange dhoti and red sleeveless top, with long dark hair and a tilak, leans over a grey marble plaque and pulls back a white cloth with a green and orange border. The plaque has a black inscription in Tamil and is garlanded with white jasmine and yellow flowers, with coloured pompom decorations along its base. A brass lamp stands on a tray of petals beside an orange-wrapped object. Behind, three men in white shirts and a man in a brown checked shirt look on. A blue banner with Tamil text and a mango plant with a yellow garland are in the background. Four physical people are visible.

A figure in an orange-red sleeveless top and saffron-orange shawl, with long dark hair and a gold necklace, pulls a yellow cord strung over a grey stone plinth, while others in white shirts and dhotis stand behind with hands in anjali. The plinth holds a brass plate with flower petals, white garlands and coloured pom-poms, and a black slab bears Tamil lettering. Behind them a large blue banner shows a temple and a portrait, with trees and a potted mango plant at the right.
