A photo of an outdoor inauguration at a new centre site. A figure in an orange-red sleeveless top and saffron-orange shawl, with long dark hair and a gold necklace, pulls a yellow cord strung over a grey stone plinth, while others in white shirts and dhotis stand behind with hands in anjali. The plinth holds a brass plate with flower petals, white garlands and coloured pom-poms, and a black slab bears Tamil lettering. Behind them a large blue banner shows a temple and a portrait, with trees and a potted mango plant at the right. Several onlookers are visible, one holding a phone to take a picture.

A man in saffron-orange robes on the left grips a white pole fixed to the stone, its base wrapped with a jasmine garland. A man in a red sleeveless top and orange dhoti, with a long white jasmine garland, bends forward while pulling back an orange cloth that covers the plaque.
