A large indoor gathering of seated devotees fills the hall, many in orange and saffron shawls, white shirts and colourful casual clothes. In the foreground, several priests in white dhotis with gold-bordered cloth, bare shoulders, rudraksha malas and sandalwood or vibhuti forehead markings sit cross-legged in meditation or chanting posture, with hands folded. Brass lamps, a kalasha-style brass vessel, plates of flowers, fruit and offerings, and small oil lamps are arranged on orange mats in front of them. A few men in the back wear white kurtas and one man wears a red shirt. The setting appears to be a temple-like hall with pillars and polished floors.
