In the foreground, men in white dhotis and shirts play long wind instruments resembling nadaswarams, one in a red-and-white checked lungi. Behind them, drummers beat barrel drums, and a row of people in white walks toward distant orange flags and a decorated float. A small child in green stands at the left edge beside a yellow building with water tanks.
